Just ordered a laptop from Dell.

P-M/1.73GHz
15.4" WXGA
256mb RAM
24x combo drive
WiFi
40gb HDD
4 cell battery 🙁

$525 shipped.

The only question I have is.. is there any way that I can change my order to the 6 cell battery since it's so early in the process? I think double the capacity is worth 50$ since a new battery would be 100$ from Dell.

Oh, yeah, it's a Pentium-M.. not P4-m. Didn't know there was a difference.

It's the Inspiron B130. Saw the deal on FW. Only lukewarm tho. But I was upset that I didn't get one of the BF laptops, so what the hell.. lol

yeah I have a 6 lb compaq m2000 laptop and it's a bit heavier than i like for use on the go.

This model looks closer to 7 lbs, which means hope you're cool with it sitting on your desk for most of it's life. 😛
