any thoughts? these newegg horror 🙂P) stories about getting B0's have scared me into buying my 2.4b on googlegear, plus its 2nd day shipping for the same price.

anyone else order 2.4B's from googlegear and get C1's? or B0's? 🙁
 
Dont know. I only ordered memory from Googlegear because of the low shipping cost to Alaska. I may try a cpu next depending on what out get providing you keep us informed 🙂.
 
well ive read a thread where 2 people got C1's from googlegear but none ive seen got B0's.

and i will provide you with the info as soon as i get it 😀
 
definitely let us no to see if we want to go this route...put a call out to all googlegear buyers to post their results here as well...
 
hopefully you get a c1 chip that can oc to 3ghz. Looking at googlegear and newegg ratings, it seems googlegear gets twice the amount of business as newegg so their inventories should gets refresh more frequent thus in theory giving you a better chance of obtaining a newer revision.
 
great, and I ordered from Newegg thinking that I'd have a better chance at a C1...... I guess come friday we will see.
 
Just ordered mine. The price jumped $1 at New Egg, so I thought I'd better take the plunge now before it keeps going up. Got it at Googlegear for $164. It should be here on Thurs...Now all I need is the Elite Duo Kybd. and mouse, and my new system will be all set thanks to the "hot deals" forum 😉
