I am about to send my resume via E-mail
should I

1) send it as attachment (if so what should I say in the body)
2) copy and paste onto the email
3) both (if so should I send 2 emails? 1 with attach the other is copy and paste?)

thanks

Send it as an attachment (make sure you use a popular word processor, such as Word). That way, when they open it, they'll see it exactly how it was typed and how it's meant to look.

Different people use different sized windows when reading e-mail. Indents, spacing and the general paragraph(s) may get messed up and make your resume look like crap.

try pdf format or something that won't get easily altered by the receiver

typos happen so you don't want your resume changed by somebody sitting on the kybd

What works the best is to save it as a PDF. Extra expense (Acrobat), but so professional. No way to mess up the formatting. Niiice.

<Edit> DOH, too slow...

How to I save it as PDF?? All I have is the reader. Is there any program that will make the change easy?
