Ridiculously hot late teen to mid twenties checkout girls. You won't find them anywhere on the stock floor, but at checkout, smokin' hot. Don't know if it is pre-requisite or maybe they apply and that's all they're good for?

Eh. Most of ours are corn-fed midwesterners or goofy hipster dudes.

Love Menards though. They sell a huge selection of off-brand stuff that's a lot less expensive than Home Depot or Lowes. Great place for those odd-ball tools that you're only going to use once. They also tend to favor "made in the USA" products, and even sell food items :)

most places try to hire hot girls to do the registers.

only place i have seen to consistatly hire old, ugly people to run them was Lowes. I worked part time as a cashier (loved the discount! fixed up my old house with it) and i swear all the people i worked with were old and ugly. except me. i was young..and ugly.

meijers seems to only hire old fat white women or young fat black women.

Schnuck's is great in the hot cashier department, though. Does it make me an asshole to hope some of them never graduate college? or maybe they already have their masters, could be either.

Yeah, but in my experience, I get the best help at Lowe's. They seem to know much more about the store than Menards and Home Depot.

That being said, most of the Menard's by me have younger hispanic women. They are usually attractive, however, some of them look like they are still in high school. Not necessarily a bad thing unless you are in your 30's.

The Menards by my home is very much well stocked with hotties at the registers.
The Menards I pass during my commute home from work is also very well stocked with hotties at the registers.

Yep, same here. Very hot, young, with tight jeans on. Every time.

I try to plan Menards trips without the wife whenever possible.

It's a function of the local talent pool. You probably live in a high-density babe region. Lucky slob.

Havent been to Menards since I left minnesota in 1997.

And no, back then they were not filled with hot young girls. In fact quite the opposite.

You're just getting old and high school girls look hot to you.
If you were 16, you would probably be like "meh".

I feel sorry for teens raised on the internet. They have a very twisted idea of what girls are supposed look and act like.

I know around here Menards pays $10 an hour, instead of minimum wage, I'm sure that brings in tons of applications of young people.
