Just Moved to VA...anything like Gordon Food Services here?

I usually buy all my foods from GFS back in the Mitten (MI) for my training diet, but none in VA costco doesn't have chicken and things like GFS has ready to go... anything similar to gfs around here?

Costco doesn't have chicken? My local has several varieties of frozen and non-frozen chicken.

my bad..chicken like GFS (restraunt ready - 98% lean meat, tenders or pulled) in like a 5lb box pre cooked....or do they? i like to make my meals for the whole week on sunday...so buying bulk and pre cooked is nice...

You can buy Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips - 48 oz. bag at Sam's and probably at the grocery stores. 98% lean, cooked.

Walmart sells pre cooked chicken as does Sam's club.
You can even get fried chicken at Farmfresh, cheaper and better than KFC.
