I did to a few months ago. After 2 weeks of constant connectivity issues, I switched back to my much slower, but rock solid att dsl. Them only charging me $25/mo for the next year helped too.

I was confused as well, and had to re-read it about 5 times. He moved to charter, from ATT DSL.

No ATT DSL package will get him 30Mbit AFAIK
