I'm a property manager for a company that owns alot of properties. Someone in the office mentioned to me offhand that they wanted to sell a certain property. I happened to know someone who was looking to buy a building complex in that area. I just mentioned it to him and gave him the number of the guy that told me about it. Kaboom, a nice commission coming my way for doing jack shite. :)

Trust me, I bust my ass everyday, and I'm not a real estate man at all. This was a one time lucky thing. I am a property manager, I usually have nothing to do with buying and selling.

EDIT: I can still do logos if I find a few minutes. ;)

Unfortunately I don't have that problem. I got lots of bills that need paying.
