And now we will cut to an LL Cool J music video.

I'm gonna knock you out.

Hooh...mama said knock you out.

Seriously though, AIC unplugged is one of if not the best unplugged albums.

That opening bass riff on the unplugged version of Would? is downright evil...I love it. And yes, the entire album is great, their interpretations of many of the raw, gritty songs (Sludge Factory and Angry Chair come to mind) sound excellent.

sludge factory was definitely highlight of album for me. totally more sinister acoustically than original version, great great vocals by layne.

"Most songs are dark and depressingly gloomy, along with other negative emotions. From the first note to the last it doesnt let up. It doesnt have anything uplifting about it. It messes with your pysche, really, from its hugely negative vibes. Only one moment in my mind stands out as not being totally down, which was when Layne says "And now we're gonna cut to some LL Cool J videos" which made me laugh. Also right after they played the intro into "Enter Sandman", which i think was to poke fun of Metallica, who where in attendance."

It might only be from the DVD version. I watched the DVD a few times since it came out and always laughed at that. Is that not on the CD?

Never heard it on CD, and it's been a long time since I watched it on MTV :p
I've heard songs from it here and there on the radio.
