Hey guys been doing a lot of reading and Im in way over my head on which mobo to buy because as soon as I see something I think is good I read somewhere else its bad or a better one is down the road or whatnot. So Im looking to you guys for some suggestions =)
I want to use my board of gaming mostly so it has to do sli/cf I really dont need all that extra crap that comes with a lot of the more expensive boards such as wifi. I just wanna stick in 1 hd there and be done with it, dont need any fancy RAID set up. My budget is around 1000 total and I want to use C2D 6400. I was looking at the 650i chipset and awaiting the gigabyte model of it.

So any help would be appreciated
