Well I am a man of my word, when TeAm Seti needed help, you all were there. So I moved a rig to F@H and I have another that I am going to move to another project soon. I downloaded and am running the command line version. Is there any way to get this thing to run as a service? Or do I need to launch this DOS window and leave it going?

What are the pros and cons of running F@H as a service rather than a screensaver or from a dos box?
Running F@H as a screensaver is highly discouraged, because the performance sucks. The GUI or CLI (dos box) clients perform very closely, as long as you don't leave the graphics open on the GUI for too long. The advantages of running the CLI as a service vs. running it normally, are that it will still run when noone is logged in, and that it is "out of sight and out of mind" which is important if you have other people using the computer who like to "tinker." 😉
