I can hardly make out some of the fonts due to the small size and color. I entered the right monitor (just a 15inch compaq)and I just even make out some of the stuff on the screen the change anything.

Any help on how I do this would be great. Remember I cannot make out too much on the screen so please be descriptive. Thanks!

If you are referring to the fonts in KDE (the windows environment that SuSE installs by default), click the Start Application button in the lower left corner of the screen (shaped like a cogwheel), then go to Preferences/Fonts and set whatever sizes you want.

You can also get to font sizes through "Look and Feel" under Control Center. Individual applications also have their own preference settings in many cases.

I am using a 17" monitor, and some of the fonts are small for me, too. Maybe it's time to retire that 15" monitor.

I think Suse fonts are pretty good but I like having lots of differrent fonts around. Anyways what res are you running at on that 15 inch monitor ?? You can use Font installer to install Windows fonts and any other fonts you may need or want. Just don't ask me where it is located because my 60 gb drive is hosed and my SuSe 7.3 installation went down with the ship.
