Just installed Aquagate Mini 120

Anyone else have this watercooler? I just installed it, and upon firing it up, the pump seems to be very loud. I can't even hear the 120mm fan. I can hear the pump from across the room. This doesn't seem right. I bought it at Fry's. Should I return it? What are the odds that the pump is going out, when it is brand new? ugh, all i want is a silent computer!
 
Make sure that there's no air in the pump to start. It may get quieter as it wears in. If none of this works try contacting whoever makes the Aquagate and see what they can tell you.
