Just installed another 2GB(2x1GB) in my machine...

I've got the timings and voltage set correctly for the type of RAM it is. Why is the extra 2 Gigs hurting me in some places, and helping in others? (desktop stuff in much quicker/smoother, but flying a mount in World of Warcraft drops the FPS down to about 20, when it used to be about 45 with only 2 gigs) My computer is the one shown in my profile.
