Just bought a 6000mcd Blue LED from hosfelt electronics. Took me forever to locate a strong enough one. I was sitting at my desk with shaking hands trying to solder it in, I thought it wouldn't work. It was sure worth the 5 bucks to have a cool looking mouse :D

Edit: Oops My Bad Forgot To Put Picture

Heres The Picture

Kinda blurry but u get the idea :) i want to get rid of that red tail and put another BLUE LED gotta mold a new clear plastic tail then its the ultimate mouse

Better Picture For those of you who doubted me =P

Hmm.. I don't think Microsoft has a blue LED wireless mouse :( Might make me want to get a Microsoft mouse though.

It's called, Logitech Optical Mouse. ;)

Blue Mouse and Blue LED logitech logo on top. Red optical sensor on the bottom though but not like you see that part anyways.

That appears to be the microsoft 5 button mouse with a button on each side of the mouse, right? Not the explorer?

I had plans over the summer to mod up my computer to kingdom come but then having a gf sucked up all my monetary funds.

<== poor modder monkey dance

Hosfelt electronics super rips you off! I bought the same LED and it cost me $11.24! It costed me $11.24 to ship a SMALL LED placed in a box that is like 300 times bigger and wasted hella material. They could have ship the damn LED in a .37 cent First Class Mail envelope! The LED costed $3.99...

SO...$11.24 - $3.99= $7.25

$7.25 for shipping! WTF is this?

But the Logitech mouse looks super tight with the blue LED.

So I took two 10000 mcd blue-green LEDs, a dremmel, a CD cover, some plastic, and a hot glue gun, and whipped this up: My Mouse

Sorry about the crappy pic....my camera is being borrowed.

You're telling me! They said it'd only cost about a dollar to ship out the LED and when i got my package it was in this huge box with a catalog that I didn't ask for. The led was in a tiny plastic bag buried in the styrofoam peanuts... guess u gotta buy a lot of stuff from them to make it worth while

Actually man, if you read their email carefully, they said we would have to pay UPS PLUS $1 extra. So UPS was like fu*king $6.24 and they added an extra $1. Damn blood sucking vampires.
