Can you do these usually automatic things when someone asks you to?
 
Ok - yesterday at the doctor's office, the nurse was doing a test and told me to "breathe normally". Its interesting to me that something so simple can be difficult to do "normally" once you start thinking about doing it.

Don't concentrate on it, think of something else. Basically meditate or something.
