Just-In-Time Debugger

It started popping up last week, I notice that usually when it pops up is after a pop-up is blocked. But it didn't do it before, just recently. I did a search for Just-In-Time debugger but nothing helpful came up in google. Any ideas? Please help, this is annoying and I don't wanna reformat my PC. Ad-aware, Norton Antivirus & Panda Antivirus don't find anything wrong with my system. Any help is appreciated.

Just-In-Time is a Java component that allows programs to compile on the fly. The reason that an error pops up is that a program isn't compiling properly, and that's what the Just-In-Time debugger does. The reason that Norton or any of those programs don't detect it is because it isn't a virus or anything-- it's just a malfunctioning program, and because programs usually work they don't natively detect these.
Have you recently installed any new programs, possibly a browser toolbar?
Also, what operating system are you running?

The last thing I installed was a new version of MSN Messenger, which I believe comes with a toolbar, I will try uninstalling that to see if it fixes it. Now that you mention it, it started happening the next day after installing the new MSN Messenger. I'm currently running Windows XP Professional. Thanks for the help, I'll post back results.
