Anyway, it seems like every prospect I talk to on the phone is completely unaware that mortgage rates have gone up almost 1.5% in the last 4 weeks -- almost 0.5% yesterday and today alone.

So just in case you haven't heard, I thought I'd do the public service thing and let everyone here know about it. If you're looking to buy or refi, expect 6.25% or higher on a 30 fixed.
