Just how safe is running PC2700 memory at 2.7v?

Cuz the overclock is succesfull, but the programs just quit in the middle. The best result is at 191mhz...
and also, what about heat?

what kind of ram it is? 2.7V shouldnt be a problem though

It should be fine at 2.7v. Just don't go too high unless you know what you're doing and what you're doing it with.
