Ordered a biostar motherboard on 12-05-05

On 12-04-06 - motherboard fails.

Called newegg for an RMA.

The board wasn't in stock anymore. I sent it back and they credited me a full refund.

Outstanding!!!!

A lot depends on how the product is warranteed .. I was able to RMA my HIS X1900XTX IceQ3 to them 4 months after purchase because HIS only provides warranty service through the vender & since they no longer carrind the card I was given a store credit minus 15% which I put towards my EVGA 8800GTX.

While I wasn't thrilled about the 15% penalty, I hate to think where I'd be if I had made my purchase anyplace else... Newegg may not always have the lowest prices, but their customer service is by far the best im the business!

Another happy Newegg user. I just went through the same process with a motherboard they no longer carry after about 8 months after purchase and I was told there was no store credit by them. The only option they offered me was a complete refund to my CC with no restocking fee or anything(no refund on shipping though which is OK with me).

Things like this is why I do 99% of my business with NewEgg, even though I have to pay Kahleeforneeya sales tax...
