this observation/hypothesis/generalization is based on TWO girls that I know who are diehard Sims fan. I never liked the Sims and didn't know any guy friends who enjoyed it either.

so, what's your thought?

I concur.
I am a guy, and I play the sims. Admittedly, most of what I do involves either architecture (Rock garden...check! Ziggurat....Check! Three dozen HDTV's lining inside of ziggurat.....Check!) or messing with my sims' minds.
 
No poll, wrong forum, and you only polled two girls? FYI I know several guys who like the sims and I've played it on several occasions.

Btw the best part is when you block them inside a room and let them die :evil:
