Just had a testicular ultrasound today......

So I went to the doctor yesturday because I felt a lump in my testicle. He said it appeared normal and most likely a cyst. He wanted me to go in for an ultrasound. I assumed this would be done by a man and it would be a 1 min type of thing. I had to get naked from the waste down, lay on an examination table while a 50 yo woman slowly moves an ultrasound wand all about my scrotum. The whole thing lasted 10 to 15mins or so.....

LMAO! I had one of those in high school ...

I had to come back to the hospital and they gave me a huge envelope that said "TESTICULAR ULTRASOUND" on the side ... I took that to the c0ck d0ck ...

It was nothing ... I still have the whole package :)

Were you talking to the lady during the procedure or was there an awkward silence?

This place that I did the ultrasound is called "American Radiology" they do every kind of diagnostic scan including MRI and mamagram. I'm surprised they didn't have a male performing these kind of diagnostic procedures available. Considering the sensativity many people have to these issues.

I was asking her how much longer this was going to take...... but yeah it was silent. She wasen't really staring at anything but rather moving a wand and hitting the keyboard keys which I guess was taking the pictures.....

The thing is, how many guys do you know would go through all the work to become a doctor who's focus is handling other mens' testicles? Seems to me to be a low demand, but even lower supply market.

Average salary of a Urologist is around 400K in these parts.
