I was talking to my buddy and he was telling me that his daughter fell out of a 2nd story window onto a cement driveway at one of our friend's house. Ambulance and police arrived and luckily, she only had a few scratches on her knee and legs. Skull, neck, arms, and legs are okay:) Scared the sh!t out of me! After she went to the hospital to get checked out, she was up and running again like nothing happened. Great kid too btw.

Just thought I would share my story with a happy ending.

A friend of my parents had that happen to their kid.. about the same age I believe. I don't know how that works.

She's just a rowdy kid and likes to run around like any normal kid only she's a little bit more daring that others. Parent's are actually really good parents. Something that could have happened to anyone.

did they watch her fall out of the window and call the police before they even went outside to see if she was ok? I mean, you think they'd look and see that she only had a scratch before they called the ambulance.

I guess children's bones are a lot more flexible than adults'. Still seems like quite a miracle though. :)

internal injuries aren't always visible. if she didn't need to be taken to the hospital, the emergency medical dudes could have just examined her on site
