no he said soft tissues...he also mentioned his teeth so I am guessing that the tissue he was talking about were his gums...

He has mouth problems. I think he said #19 which I think is refering to the 19th tooth so he knows his dentistry it seems.

sounds to me like a guy looking for some free dental work from a dental student.
he speaks of the lingual margin needing to be filled and that is the back or tongue-side of your tooth.
