Yes, very good. Nearly a 50% price-drop, Jump on that. I'd get a 4600+ for $30 more.

Or get the 4400+ (2 x 1mb cache) and overclock it to 2.4 gHz (easy). You now have a 4800+ for $250.

Yup, that's my plan. You can bump up the speed, but you can't add the cache.
