Just got new RAM, who makes the chip?

I just got my Mushkin PC133 CAS2 rev1.5 and I was wondering who made the chips on them. The invoice says Mosel. The # is. v54c365804vct7 Is that a mosel number? Is it good stuff?

The mosel revision of mushkin ram is supposed to be the best stuff you can get. They have rev. 2, but I'm sure 1.5 is still some good stuff.
