Hey guys,

Well, the doorbell rang roughly 15 minutes, and lo and behold, it was FedEx with my new Radeon 9800Pro, a solid day EARLY (it was scheduled to arrive tommorow on the tracking site).

Anyway, I'm anxious (to put it mildly) to finally get the new card in and yank the old one out. But what should I do first? Just remove the card from Device Manager? I downloaded the latest Catalyst drivers for it a couple months back, so couldn't I just leave the drivers on my HDD for the 9800Pro to use when I throw it in?

P.S. Once my new card is in, I'll be giving my 9000Pro to my poor, misfortunate brother, who's currently using a GeForce 2 GTS on his old system.
What would be the best way for an install on his system with an Nvidia card? How would I make sure I've deleted any trace of Nvidia drivers to avoid any conflicts?
Thanks again guys!

You delete the driver from program files, then downoad DRIVER CLEANER (just do a google search) And that should eliminate all traces of the nvidia driver.
