It looks nice connected to an Insight cable box, but for some reason only picked up 2 Analog somethings when doing channel search.

Control options are $hitty and unclear to me.... maybe I'm a dumbass

I setup full color and it looks good, but I need more tweaking. Any suggestions?

I've just read that the AVIA is better than the DVE, thanks yoyo



EDIT: I've just read that some 5XX series Olevia come factory tuned by AVIA and some 'others'

Does anybody know what 'others' these would be? I can't find them anywhere.

I asked for DVE from my gf because it's only like $18 😛

I can deal with some bad menu confusion to save $30 😉
 
I had not heard about the possibility of them being calibrated right out of the box. If they are that sound like a nice feature they offer 😀
 
Paul while that may be true, I changed some settings and it looked better.

Paul BTW mine came tuned to Show Mode or whatever.

Yeah, I heard once you toggle it out of Show Mode, the picture is a lot better.
