This is probably the case mentioned: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?Sku=A0109651&category_id=4005&customer_id=19&c=us&l=en&cs=19
I too have the S400, little brother has the S230, both of us use this case.

does it fit the camera snug? belt loop? quality?
Any suggestions on how to take great pictures?Originally posted by: theNEOone
please take those "sample pictures" off. they insult the s230's real ability.

Pic of the case? I can't really tell from the pic on Dell's website about the side and back...Originally posted by: dcdomain
Case is very snug. I don't use the belt loop at all, you would have to pass the belt through it since there's no way to disconnect one end to hook onto a belt. There's an opening on the top to pass through the wrist strap. I'm not sure how much protection this case will give your camera in the event you drop it (most likely very little). For the S230 and S200, it'll protect your metal finish from scratches.
The lense is just too small and the flash too weak. I have an S200 because I love the size, but for more serious pics, and especially macro shots, come from my Olympus C3000ZOriginally posted by: fatbaby
Those pictures should be sharper for a 3mp camera. Buy another photographer.
