trying to figure out how to display it...I could either tack it on to my front door, or hang it off the balcony for all to see....thoughts on how I could do this and have it survive the winter?

I could do that...but my balcony is right above the front entrance to my apartment building...I figured if I hung it there it would be much more visible
 
It should be to the left of the speaker, or if displayedon a wall, the union goes on the left.
 
I know the rules, I am just trying to figure out how to display it, and not have to worry about it falling down
