Just got my digital camera...some pics!!

Just got it a few hours ago, so no pics of hot college chicks yet. I'll post those later Just testing it out...haven't even tried half of the settings yet. BTW, the camera is an HP 618 (2.1MP / 1600x1200). All the pics had to be sized in half to 800x600 because of space limitations...sorry And hopefully F2S isn't too slow...56kers probably shouldn't even bother (sorry)

The shots out your window at sunset are very nice but seem I can't put my finger on it, I'm no photo buff but they seem muted?

Did you open the window to take the pictures?

What kind of soft drink is that in your "empty" fridge? Generic?

cool case, but damn thats a slow server...! I have a HP 215, which can go up to 1600x1200, and only has a 3x digital zoom. Its decent camera tho....

I dunno..they might seem muted since it was all automatic settings and i didn't fool around with anything? I can only open my window a couple inches so the camera is inside the room when it takes pics...

yeah i got the firmware upgrade for it already, although i think my camera may have already had the latest firmware b/c i didn't notice any difference...and the box even says it supports Windows XP so it must've been manufactured recently with the latest firmware. not the best digicam out there but i got an amazing deal on it and couldn't pass it up (basically got another 32MB CF card and those Ni-MH batteries + charger for free, plus a 3 yr extended warranty....didn't know you could talk these guys down so much)...and it's fine for what I need it for. i'm happy with it
