A 3700+ at 3190MHz is still pretty awesome if you don't need dual core.

Couple of weeks ago. More recently there was a $199 deal with a "free" 250GB SATA HDD.

I sold one of my FX-55's ($139 one from NE) on eBay and the buyer said he hit 3Ghz @ 1.48 volts with ease.
