Just got JIXIB xp1800 but wont boot?

I just bought xp1800 dlt3c JIXIB but can't boot?
I used arctic silver 3 + stock HSF
Is my motherboard the problem? MSI k7t266 pro2
My palomino works but this TBred B wont?
Also resetted CMOS but no go...

Many of the older board like the kt266 mobos needed a bios update to recognize the t-breds right. Check manufacturers webpage and see if there is an update to give board t-bred support...

Look at the revision and the bios version to compare...

It shows it will do tbreds with a fsb of 266....

Oh NO!!! I found the pro2 board in the archives and it says no tbred support!!!! Yikes....I guess you may need a new mobo....
