Just wanted to give others who were interested a heads up that emails were just set out minutes ago. The official PSP forums over at playstation.com are ablaze with tons of new posts about the same subject. I got mine in, even after breaking all the rules Sony set forth. They said you first had to get an invitation, which I didn't. Reason is that I hadn't updated my email with my account at playstation.com in months. They also said you had to be using the same email with which you got the invitation. Obviously, when I signed up for the beta a couple of days ago, I changed it before registering. They even said not to change your address, which I did also.
Oh well, for those who didn't get in and are curious about the game, it's a multiplayer beta to help them iron out the kinks before the game is released. The email states the game is scheduled to drop ship in 29 days (or on the 30th if you do the math), and the beta will last til October 15th. I should have a good couple of weeks with it, so I'll answer any questions at that time.
