okay.... my car is cursed

ive been in 4 accidents in 4 years.... all have not been my fault... all have been a WOMAN driver... all have been the car behind me hitting my back bumper

i dont get it...

the person didnt have their insurance card with them, and said they just switched companies, so thats the worst part... if they dont have insurance its gonna be hard to get things done...

when it happend, they got out of their car and said sorry... then we moved our cars over to the side of the road, and then she claimed that someone hit her behind her... why would she have said sorry? i heard one bang and felt one bang... i didnt see another car behind her in the collision

ugh, atleast she works at the same job as me... and im in the IT department, so i got all her info that i didnt get at the scene, like SS#, DOB, work number, work office suite...

so hopefully things workout

sucks, no way it's your fault let your insurance company do the work. That's what the bastards are there for.

That sucks. Hope it works out fine for you.

I was afraid when I read the title that it was Minendo, again.

yea..

just called her work # (that she never gave me).. she sounded surprised to hear from me.. she said she switched companies and her dad would have the information, so ill call later at night

and OutOat.. havent smiled yet today, but your post made the first smile...
i love fridays, but it sure has started very sh!tty

what is it.... 90% of people think that they're safer than the average driver?

You have been rear-ended 4 times in 4 years? Maybe you should lighten up on the breaks... Something tells me you don't pay attention and you slam on your breaks at the last second... or... maybe you are cursed. 😀

If you were a safe driver, you wouldn't be getting into accidents. Although it's not your fault.

I'd be looking at a true metal bumper if it were me. Get it primed and painted to match the color. Or SOMETHING to stiffen up that ass of yours. Thats the exact reason I stuck a fat ball hitch on my Expedition. I tow something about once a year, but having a grill spear on the back keeps people at a safe distance 😉 Maybe you need a ball on the back of your car

He didn't rearend anyone here. The people behind him did, they're the one who should pay more attention. Even if he breaks quickly, which some people do...thats really no excuse for other people to rearend him.

At last check, you are suppose to pay attention to the road conditions, follow with enough space between car for braking. I guess no one really watches ahead anymore for brake lights and adjusts accordingly. But them my poor car only gets hit by woman, and last one uninsured while putting on make up in heavy city traffic, yikes. Field day for my insurance company, they got her license suspended and sued her to recover all their losses. While my poor car never will ride the same again.

they called me and kinda claimed fault... so its a little better now

You should have filed a police report.
I'd file one just because she gave false information.
Did she know you worked at the same company ?

*confused* Also safe drivers can get into accidents. ESPECIALLY if it's not his fault. Are you an unsafe driver if you stand on a red light and some drunk dude hits your bumper?

If he's getting into accidents how does that make him a safe driver.
It's not his fault, but it sure looks like he's an accident magnet.
Accident on wheels 😛

well.. we moved to a gas station to get info... and we have a stupid saying in houston thats posted everywhere "steer it, clear it" so i did that... then i called the cops once i got to work (100ft away)... i wait on hold for 2min for the cops... then i talk to them... they said that they no longer take statements over the phone, and i have to go into the station to do it... wtf?? useless cops

she was wearing my company badge, i wasnt... so i looked her name up and got it.. she was surprised 😉
