Just got home from NYC

I was in NYC all of last week visiting my grandmother in the hospital; she had bypass surgery which was a success thank goodness. I got to visit some of the spots that I hadn't been to in a while. The Village is nothing like it used to be! I have to go back this weekend so I'll go uptown and check things out.

Good to hear you Grandmother is Ok. I'll be back home in NYC in a few weeks too. Taxichusetts is nice but gotta get home once in a while.

I avoided that damn parade like the plague! I was in our apartment on Staten Island watching the parade waiting for it to be over. After it was over I drove into the city without any serious traffic problems.

Locutus, I reside in massachusetts, but my family lives on Staten island. I lived there myself till I was 10. I feel like such an out of towner when I'm visting
