Is it normal for stuff up close to be blurry?? I have a stigmatism (I dont know if thats how you spell it) if that matters. But everything far away seems to look good, but then stuff like 0-3 ft. away looks blurry kind of. I just got these yesterday. Is this a normal thing or should I call my eye doctor?

Give it a while (at least a week) for things to settle down, & you to get used to them.

Your eyes are being forced to do something new, they aren't used to it.

If you still have poor vision, then call the doctor.

Well, I already have an appointment scheduled in a week for a check-up. So I will probably wait until then to see if I need to tell him somethings wrong.

if you just started wearing them you may feel unaccustomed to how they differ from eyeglasses.
it goes away pretty quick.

PS:
Dont sleep with them in if you can help it.(i have had some serious bad experiences with this)
keep em clean!!!
also be prepared for the ackward feeling of one of the lenses going behind your eye!😱

The thing is I have never worn ANYTHING until yesterday... And I choose contacts over glasses and I guess I have a pretty strong perscription for my first perscription.

call your doctor, thats not normal...

Especially if it gives you headache's or dizzyness!
A phone call to the doctor is probably faster than finding out from this thread too 😉
