The thing is, that the lights on the modem are on constantly and are not flashing at all, even when info comes in/out. I already attempted a restart of both PC and modem but it is still there...
The modem is Motorola Surfborad 4101...

Is this normal?

I also linked you with the Signal status the modem gives. Are those figures o.k.?
