we already canceled our DSL. luckly they haven't cut it off yet. still, this is bullsh|t. 3rd day having cable and there is already an outage. 6mbps is a hell of a lot nicer than 1.5, but not when it doesn't work. :|
i'm on our dsl for now. they haven't disconnected us yet. i think i may just cancel the cable and stick with dsl. i don't think we've had more than 20min of downtime in the past year with sprint dsl.
I'm with Charter for the next hrm... 14hrs. Been with them for about 6yrs. Have had multiple hours of downtime at least once every month. I switched to DSL once... That lasted 4 days.
