Just got back from the Saliva concert...

...and all I can say is what a show. The concert was only $3 and it rocked. Those guys really know how to connect with the audience and entertain a crowd. Fortunately, the terrible humid weather hasn't set in, so the evening was perfect to be out in an amphitheater for a concert. I think one of the highlight of the evening was when Josie Scott said "this song goes of to those fat <bleep <bleep> Dixie Chicks for disgracing our nation" right before he sang "Pride."

Heh - no, but people were fighting over the sweaty towels that were thrown in the audience. That's just as bad IMHO.

They were planning on meeting the fans (probably at the after party at the Hard Rock), but it was too crazy, so I left.

I've "seen" these guys twice. The first time they were having some problems, and it looked like the lead singer was lip-syncing. The second time they were much better, but I'm still not into their music. I'm glad you enjoyed the show though!
