And there were like 4 nasty looking girls with boyfriends and about 30 guys combined in the 2 places I went tonight.

Am I missing something? Everyone suggests to go to the bars...but why if they're like this?
 
Go to bars or clubs where men are charged an outrageous cover but women get in free or nearly free. The ratio will be a lot better there.

For all the money that I spend at the bars, I could easily go to a strip club and STILL come out ahead.

Whatever guys. All I'm saying is that it sucked. Why do so many people rave about going to the bars when they suck this bad?

You just went to crappy bars. If there were only 30-50 people there that is a crappy bar. Talk to people in your area about where the good bars/clubs are and go there instead. Usually wherever has the best specials will have the most people. We've got a magazine on campus that gives the bar specials for the week so every night we'll just check out who has the best special and head over there. For instance Free Beer tonight at the Side Bar!

I think it's funny you guys rant on me about high schools. At the bars I'm like THE youngest person there. Chicks don't dig younger guys for the most part unless they're like in their 40's and have 3 kids.

Bring a wingman, or better yet, a wingwoman. Sometimes the latter can backfire, but it's easier to "work the room" if you aren't rolling solo in my experience.

And yeah, like the others said, you went to crappy bars if that was the guy to girl ratio.

ROFL @ Police Academy reference (Just watched that movie a few days ago).

I'm just saying that the majority of people at bars = guys (this isn't my first time at the bars, I've been there quite a few times) and the girls that ARE there are 90% of the time with guys already and the other 10% is usually nasty.

stop going to dive bars where the toilet has a higher IQ then the clientel. if you have such a hard time meeting girls start working at a bar. you meet girls everyday that way.

yeah big deal. i can goto a dozen bars and find not one woman worth hitting on. Thats why I steer clear of dive bars if my goal is to meet chicks. Good bars FTW.
