Just got back from seeing The Day After Tomorrow

This was a damn good movie. Maybe it's because I'm a science geek, but I really enjoyed it, even if it didn't have much of a plot. The special effects were insane, I can't imagine how long it took them to do all those shots...

And there is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in it. Wow. I'm so in love.:brokenheart:

I thought the 'science' in the movie was bogus? Were you able to overlook the movie's flaws and enjoy the special effects? Do share

Yeah, I mean, I'm not a weather expert but I know that a new ice age cannot appear in 7-10 days, but if you just let it slide and take it for what it is worth, entertainment, you should be able to enjoy it. It's just a totally extreme "What if" kinda movie I guess.

I haven't made my mind up on this one yet. No doubt the special effects are nice, but I don't know if I can sit through a movie with no plot and Dennis Quaid.
