Just got back from M.I.A. show in DC

Wow. Sold out show at the 930 Club, and more packed than any other "sold out" show I've seen there (and I've seen a few.) Not just brown people either. I had no idea she was becoming *that* popular. Anyway, if anyone's going to the Baltimore show tomorrow night, y'all are in for a treat! Can't believe Sonar didn't sell out yet.

I wouldn't be surprised, she's got plenty of "street cred", her albums have been hyped in most of the music mags and her tracks are always being remixed by DJs for club use.

I'd go see her, but I don't think I know anybody around here that'd go with me
