That concert was awesome. I've never seen so many people packed in there before.

As I Lay Dying opened for them, I don't really know their stuff. It was a lot of screaming with some good riffage. Meh.

In Flames came on next, they played a lot of old stuff (Pinball Map, Colony, Clayman, Cloud Connected, etc) and some newer stuff I didn't recognize. Awesome.

Killswitch Engage was last, they played about half and half from their new and old CDs. But they were joking around the whole time, having fun with the audience. Adam even bared his a$$ to show off a bruise. (It was so swollen it looked like a third cheek  - and no, I don't have pics) I think that was the low point of my night. Awesome nevertheless.

Anyway, I need a shower.
 for anyone that read all this

in flames is one of my favorite bands. i think they are just awesome, and i really dig the new album. if you like 'reroute to remain', go check out 'soundtrack to your escape.' well, check out 'soundtrack...' regardless .

as i lay dying is kinda meh. the band is really good, some great riffs, but the singer just plain sucks. i didn't understand one word when i saw them live, just all screaming. i also like killswitch, although i'm not too into them, don't have any albums.

in any case, im sure it was a kick ass show. i was upset that i wasn't able to go when they came to minneapolis.
