That's pro bodybuilder Lee Priest. I believe he's only 5'4" but he's close to 200 pounds

If that dude ever had a muscle cramp they'd probably have to take him to the Emrgency Room1

Lee Priest trains "old school" last time I heard. He gets huge fat in the off season and takes it all off for shows. Most people try to stay a little closer to ideal weight nowadays. I'm in Columbus also so I kinda wish I went to this now.

i dont understand why they do that... they're two seperate kinds of cells.. you can't turn one into the other.

Well the way it used to work from what I know is that bodybuilders could eat whatever they want without fear of going over a certain calorie limit or carb or protein limit....etc. That way it ensured they had more than enough nutrients or whatever to grow. Although it definitely doesn't seem like the best way of doing that. Most bodybuilders have off seasons but they don't get majorly out of shape like Priest seems to do. He's got it mastered though - when he gets down to contest form he gets it down good:

This pic is from my favorite series of all time:

It was one where they shot him on railroad tracks or something holding a monster truck tire like it was nothing.

Pretty much exactly right. They used to eat tons of everything to make sure they were never deficient in anything. Its a fine line to get the perfect amount of food to grow maximum muscle and not store fat so they never bothered trying to find it :)
