Just got back from an interview.......

Just got back from an interview with a CPA firm and they seemed to like me alot. They said they are interviewing all week but they definitely want me to come back for a second interview. I am going to send them a thank you email. Please tell me if this is a good thank you email:

Dear Mr. Boss,

Thank you for taking the time to discuss the
Accountant position you have available with me. After
meeting with you and learning about the company's
operations, I am further convinced that my background
and skills coincide well with your needs.

I really appreciate that you took so much time to
acquaint me with the company. I feel I could learn a
great deal from you and would certainly enjoy working
with you.

I look forward to hearing from you concerning your
hiring decision. Again, thank you for your time and
consideration.

Sincerely,

Triforceofcourage

I like it, but you should probably use your real name, not triforceofcourage

put your name instead of Tirforceofcourage 😉

Looks good to me. I think the fact that you send one period is good enough.

Yeah and make liberal use of hand-drawn images and write really small on the footer of the paper.

Good example:

It sounds like you're being a bit kiss-assy. I like the first paragraph though. Try to recall something you've talked about and comment on that a little bit, it will show him you were listening. Also, take the time to drive a point home, or emphasize something you may not have been able to in the interview well enough.

It's definitely way too brown nosy.

In my opinion you put too much emphasis (although it's a short email) on saying how much you like him and such and such.

Just make it simple saying thanks and that u look foward to meeting with them again.

its too generic, you need to put things into it that will remind him of something specific about you or the interview

Yes, I wouldn't hire you simply because you were kiss-assy, some people like that though
