Did you file the report? Did you get his license plate number so you could track him down and get vengeance 80s action movie style?

It was actually really hard to read the license plate as the guy bolted away. I think I got it but I literally only saw it for maybe half a second before it was too far to read (Again, onramp... weird angles). However, as far as vengeance goes... I plan to let the police handle it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72RqpItxd8M

Doesn't CA have the law that requires you to have the license plate in the front of your car as well? I would have at least tried to get that as he walked back to his car. Even more so if I'm going to call the police (which is the right thing to do.... unless you're a 80s movie ninja. Then you take MFer down)

His car was like 150ft+ behind me by the end. It's not going to be easy to read that shit in my rear view mirror.

Btw, I did call the police before he was even going back to his car. Dialed 911 immediately and it took over a minute before I was even connected to a human being. The first 30 seconds I was looking at the phone going, "Did I dial the right number? It says 911, right? Why the fuck am I listening to 30+ seconds of GOD DAMN SPANISH AND THE PHONE IS WAITING FOR ME TO PRESS A KEY? THE FUCK!?" After that, it had to ring and I had to wait for someone to pick up the damn receiver... and then I had to get transferred twice. Twice! San Jose sucks. When I called 911 in Seattle, I don't think it ever ringed. It was immediately picked up.

I saw what you said, overvolt. Got a violent streak in you, eh? :D

Road rage irritates me :) Dude has to grow up.

I passed a guy this morning who was going super slow and decided to speed up when he saw me passing so I REALLY sped up ;). We ended up going the same way and he was behind me at the light a couple blocks down the road by chance. I totally ignored him since I didn't want to instigate him since I figured he was an immature man baby. If he just kept meandering along at the same speed he wouldn't have had any reason to care.

When people try to squeeze past me in a merge right at the end they get a quarter inch. I have good judgement of where my car is, HBU? :)

Cool, maybe they'll charge you with assault with a deadly weapon. Is that what they charge people with for deliberately trying to run people over?

You should've given him a can of tuna. He'd have instantly forgotten about being angry at you as he stopped and dropped everything to ponder why one can eat tuna from a can but not raw beef

Single lane onramp. A lot of people in line for the onramp (20+). I'm about 15 cars away from the onramp light. Chevy Tahoe with custom paint job (low-rider culture, maybe) five cars behind gets out of the line and tries to go onto the shoulder and what remains of the 2->1 lane thing. I move my car over to the edge of the wide lane so that he can't be a bitch.

He tailgates me, honks at me, I flip him the bird. He parks his car, runs after me, catches up (he's a bit heavy) and kicks the rear end of my car, I put my car into reverse and start to reverse after him to get him to get away (at this point he looks like he's going to actually come up to my car window), he backs up, and then I go forward again... he chases me again... (we're on an onramp, so I don't have anywhere to go because there's cars ahead of me) catches up and, I have my windows down (enjoying the fresh air!), grabs me and throws a punch at me. He just grazes me (I don't really have anywhere to go but I do my test Ali impression), tries to throw another and grab me but I speed up. At that point, he runs back to his car and gets past the cars and runs off the onramp. (Where we had got it opened up again) He takes the first exit and I don't pursue.

While he ran back to his car, I called 911... which is horrible in San Jose. It goes on for 30 seconds in Spanish, takes about a whole minute before I reach an operator... and then I tell them what little I remember about the car and the plates.

I'll block someone from trying to go around everyone too, fuck them. Maybe not so much in one of my cars though. Their time isn't more important than anyone else, and they make it worse when they try to merge over at the last second again.

But if you're going to do that, and flip someone off, be prepared to back it up. Not drive back and forth in your car. Get out and be a man about it. Otherwise don't do it. Filing a police report is stupid. You did as much if not more to instigate this, and you "threw" the first punch by trying to backup into him. Before his alleged punch thrown at you. Basically you acted like a little bitch on all accounts.

Should have put windows up immediately and also started filming immediately.

respect you for blocking him being a bitch, though.

So. You acted like a jerk and tried to stop some thug from doing something stupid. Then you kept your windows rolled down the whole time while you saw him walk up to your car and got assaulted because of it.

How is it possible for someone to be as stupid as you?

Mind your own fvcking business, even if someone is doing something stupid. Thugs gonna thug like haters gonna hate. Stay out of their way unless you're wearing a badge unless you want some mentally unstable retard to make you a statistic.

Most people are unaware at how many unstable and violent people there really are out there. Mind your own business and protect your own before you try to "prove a point."

And then Mrs. Krabappel and Principal Skinner were in the closet making babies, and I saw one of the babies, and then the baby looked at me.

I flip him the bird.

Sounds like not only that you are a bitch, yourself, but that you antagonized him. Maybe you'll learn that you shouldn't antagonize other people if you're a scrawny little bitch who can't figure out not to do so when you're in a trapped situation and can't defend yourself when your target inevitably gets to you.

Today TridenT learns that trying to be an internet tough guy in RL does not work well. If this incident even transpired at all. Sounds more like he wasn't getting enough attention about his fake job and has to create a fake altercation.
