Why? You used it, you pay for it.
Good evening owl.
True I did use it, and yes I should pay for it, but a 60GB cap per month is too low for what we pay for. We get fucked in Canada.
I have been a customer for a very long time and have never gone over, so I will politely ask them to reverse the charges and they most likely will.
The Owl believes you should call them and attempt to get the charges reversed. I believe spidey07 doesn't have the balls to call upon the customer service of a company that he pays good money to, and therefore gives poor advice based on such lack of testicular influence.
hooooo
Cool story, bro.
I have NEVER paid for internet service, so bad call there.

The Owl appreciates the warm greeting and returns it with the utmost gratitude. Now, where does an Owl get breakfast around here?

60GB in a month? I'd break that in some weeks. Definitely call CS, amazing things can happen.
102.38% of 60GB = 1.428GB of excess bandwith. @$1.5/GB, that translates to $2.14 of excess charge.
Quite insignificant to either party. It won't cost much to your ISP to reverse the charge but even if they won't budge (you would have signed a contract agreeing to paying for excess usage, yes?), two bucks is not going to burn your pocket.
