Your phone/service provider has AIM capability, most likely. My wife found this out with her Nokia phone she has through T-Mobile. She messages me on AIM while at work when she's on a break sometimes.

Yahoo Messenger has had that capability for a while. I think it's only with T-Mobile and Cingular right now (at least that's all that shows up in the list box for me). I have Cingular and have used it a few times...get Yahoo Messenger msgs to my phone.

As long as you have SMS text messaging on your phone, you can get them too. Download AIM 5.2 and you can add cell phone numbers to your buddy list. Check it out on AOLs site, they will be happy to tell you all about it.

AIM lets you do that, just open up a new box and type in +xxxxxxxxxx the x's being the person's cell phone number with area code.
