Just got a popup that said to delete createsw.exe to stop frequent popups???

I just got an unusual popup, very plain, white background, I believe it was from ilostmyjob.com but I already closed it. But it had a line of text that said if you have frequent popups to delete createsw.exe from your windows/system folder. I am not one inclined to try such a thing without finding out a little more info first. I am running win2000 and found it under winnt/system32 folder but am not about to delete it until I find out what it actually is.

I am usually not inclined to even bother reading a popup before closing it, though this one was just so plain that it caught my eye, white background and a couple lines of text.

Is that the file that Creative has been known to install on systems as a sort of spyware?

Hmm, I really don't know if it is or not. I have not had my creative SB Live in my computer since X-Mas when I got my Santa Cruz card But I guess it could very well be that file.
