Lick the tips, stick it in ear canal, pull lightly to confirm seal, turn on the musik. Damn, makes me wanna get a pair to play around w/, but I need to be alert at night... well, I can use it during the day.

Yeah I'm pretty happy with my e2c's too. It's pretty dangerous cycling with them, but what the hell... just got to stay vigilant. The only bit that annoys me about them is the way the cable is designed to go down your back which irritates when wearing a backpack or using the weight machines at the gym as it'll get caught and you have to pull the cable through.

Sound quality is pretty tasty and they look cool too, I'd say better than the e3cs.

I can't really imagine a price justification for the e3c's, however. I'd like to try some out, but I doubt they will be twice as good (since they cost twice as much), and the E2C's are already super expensive (£55 where I live -> $103).
The E5C's must be fooking amazing for the $499 price tag....

Even for home use I got sick of the whole procedure of putting them on. They do sound great though. Anyone know if there are similar headphones that are not in ear?
